• High season is April through December
• Rates may vary during special events and are subject to change without notice
• Minimum nights stays may be required
• Single night bookings are welcome and non-refundable

• Cancellation Policy : Single night reservations are nonrefundable and charged at the time they are made, For multiple night reservations, there is a $25 cancellation fee for each reservation up until 4 weeks before arrival, within the 4 week window the reservation is nonrefundable if we are unable to rebook it. The cancellation policy for group reservations - any reservation for 2 or more rooms and/or suites - is more restrictive.
