Reservations:
High season is April through December
Check-in time is 1:00pm-5:00pm (Guaranteed by 3:00 PM). You are welcome to arrive at the Villa earlier than 1:00pm, but we can not guarantee that your room will be ready until 3:00pm. We can still take care of your check-in paperwork should your Room/Suite not be ready upon your arrival. You will receive a text to the phone number on file the morning of and reply with your ETA and we will put your suite on Priority list.
Check-out time is 11:00am. On your departure date you are welcome to stay at the Villa during the day or place your luggage in the front library area--we just need to have your luggage out of the room by 11:00 am so that we can get your room ready for our next incoming guest.
Cancellation Policy:
Single night reservations are nonrefundable and charged at the time they are made. For multiple night reservations a minimum of one night is charged to your card to hold your reservation, with the balance due no later than a month before arrival. Should you need to cancel, the cost of One Nights Stay + Tax and Fees will be a non-refundable charge to your card. If you need to cancel in less than 4 weeks before your arrival, a refund will not be issued. You must call for your reservation to be canceled. The cancellation policy for group reservations - any reservation for 2 or more rooms and/or suites - is more restrictive unless discussed at the time the reservation is made. Providing card billing zip code and reserving a room at Villa D' Citta you agree to all the terms and conditions.
Children & Pets:
Children under 18 and Pets are not allowed at Villa D' Citta. (Call 312-771-0696 to speak to us for special exceptions)
There is absolutely no smoking within the building and not in any of our rooms. A $200 smoking fee will be charged to your room rate for any smoking of such. As a courtesy to all of our guests, please be mindful of keeping the noise level down after hours when guests are trying to get to sleep.
Property of the Villa
The Villa property is taken care of by our staff at a level 10. Rough-housing in the hot-tub, wine spilt on rugs, bedding, curtains, and/or other ruining of Villa property will be taken into account and assessed a fine appropriate to accommodate damages.
